A free Server has the full product with one \u003Ca href=\"\u002Fdocs\u002Fconcepts\u002Fspaces\">Space\u003C\u002Fa>, and no limit on people, history, Tasks or Agents.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>A \u003Cstrong>Business key\u003C\u002Fstrong> adds unlimited Spaces, and company features as they arrive. It is one flat subscription per Server, with no charge per person.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"add-a-key\">\u003Ca class=\"heading-anchor\" href=\"#add-a-key\">Add a key\u003C\u002Fa>\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Col>\n\u003Cli>In \u003Cstrong>Server settings > Plan\u003C\u002Fstrong>, copy your \u003Cstrong>Server UUID\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Buy Business for that UUID on \u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fllll.gg\u002Fpricing\">llll.gg\u003C\u002Fa>. Your billing page then shows a license key.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Paste the key under \u003Cstrong>Server settings > Plan\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Fol>\n\u003Cp>Only the Server Owner can see or change the plan. A key works only on the Server UUID it was bought for, and any other Server refuses it.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"your-server-stays-private\">\u003Ca class=\"heading-anchor\" href=\"#your-server-stays-private\">Your Server stays private\u003C\u002Fa>\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>A key is checked on your Server, offline. Nothing is sent to L4 when a key is added or checked.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>A key lasts until shortly after the paid period ends, so each period needs a new one. Either paste it from your billing page, or turn on \u003Cstrong>Renew the key automatically\u003C\u002Fstrong>. It is off unless you turn it on. When on, near the end of a period your Server sends its UUID and current key to \u003Ccode>llll.gg\u003C\u002Fcode>, and nothing else.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"when-a-key-expires\">\u003Ca class=\"heading-anchor\" href=\"#when-a-key-expires\">When a key expires\u003C\u002Fa>\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>If a payment fails or you cancel, Business keeps working through a grace period: 14 days after a failed payment, 7 after a cancellation. After that:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Your Server and everything in it keep working.\u003C\u002Fstrong> Chat, Tasks, Agents, files and Data are not affected.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Every Space stays.\u003C\u002Fstrong> Spaces beyond the first are not deleted or hidden, and people keep using them.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Only creating another Space is refused,\u003C\u002Fstrong> and changing the settings of company features.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>\u003Cstrong>Company features you already set up keep working.\u003C\u002Fstrong> Sign-in in particular never changes because a key expired.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003C\u002Ful>\n\u003Cp>Paste a current key at any time and
